Description
Esthwaite Water is one of the smaller and lesser known lakes in the Lake District National Park in northern England. It is situated between the much larger lakes of Windermere and Coniston Water. But Esthwaite Water is one of the most diverse lakes in the Lake District. Three pars of Osprey breed in the Esthwaite valley.

Access
The Osprey Safari is a self drive or guided boat trip around Esthwaite Water. There is a car park but as it is a private lake the only way to see the ospreys is to hire a boat. Price for 1 hour 1 to 2 persons : £25, 3 persons: £30, 4 persons : £35. See the link below for more info.
