Description
At Ewelme the overgrown watercress beds provide shelter for rodents, which in turn attracts bird predators such as Barn Owl, Red Kite, 3 egret species and Grey Heron. Smaller birds include Greenfinch, European Goldfinch, Blackcap and Reed Bunting, pursued by Sparrowhawk. King's Pool may have Common Kingfisher, Little Grebe, Eurasian Moorhen, Tufted Duck and Eurasian Coot.
