Description
Mytholmroyd is a village in the Upper Calder Valley. Located on the River Calder in a rural setting surrounded by hills and mixed woodland. The river is a very good place to see White-throated Dipper. Other birds that can be spotted in and around the village and along the river are Rook, Black-headed Gull, Eurasian Jay, Long-tailed Tit, Grey Wagtail and White Wagtail.

Mytholmroyd is located in West Yorkshire, about 6 miles west of Halifax. There are direct trains and buses from Halifax to Mytholmroyd. Next to Mytholmroyd train station is a big car park. Press P on the map for directions to the car park.
