Description
In Winter, hunting Western Marsh Harrier over the reeds is a common sight, along with waterfowl on the pools, Barn Owl hunting over the grassy areas, some increasingly spectacular murmaerations of Common Starling and with the chance of Bearded Tit. Year round there are a number of way marked trails to follow through the reserve. Summer brings Eurasian Hobby and Cetti's Warbler which can occasionally be heard over winter now too. Woodland birds are found in the wooded area to the south of the reserve.
