The Ryall Gravel Pits are attractive to passage waders such as Common Redshank, Northern Lapwing and Common Sandpiper. Also Little Ringed Plover. Weed seeds attract European Goldfinch, Corn Bunting, Yellowhammer and occasional European Turtle Dove.

Access
From A38 Worcester to Tewkesbury road, go west at Ryall xroads and park in village. From here it is a half mile walk to the site. Also very limited parking at site entrance a half mile further south along A38.
