Gülhane Park is very close to all main touristic attractions in Istanbul. Easy to reach on foot or via public transport. A good spot for exotic species such as brun majna, alexanderparakit and halsbandsparakit. The park also has a breeding colony of gråhäger in the canopy. During the migration period surprising birds can turn up in the park.
