Beskrivning
The Great Orme headland is a massive chunk of limestone that rises 207m straight out of the sea. The sea cliffs, limestone grassland, heathland and woodland support a big variety of birds. The cliffs are host to colonies of seabirds (such as sillgrissla, tretåig mås, tordmule). The Great Orme is also home to many resident and migrant land birds including korp, minervauggla and Pilgrimsfalk. Occasionally alpkråka is spotted. Also lots of seabirds on the sea. Like silltrut, havstrut, Gråtrut, havssula, tobisgrissla, toppskarv and sjöorre.
