Beskrivning
Dingle Marshes forms part of one of the largest freshwater reedbeds in the UK. The reeds are cut annually to provide ideal habitat for breeding reed birds. The area contains many of the birds found at Minsmere i e rördrom, skäggmes, brun kärrhök, sånglärka, småtärna colony, svarthakad buskskvätta, provencesångare, skärfläcka, vattenrall, migrant waders. In winter, blå kärrhök, snösparv, hämpling, vinterhämpling and 20,000 stare in murmuration at dusk. Otters and five species of deer.

The reserve is open 24/7, free car park and entry. 30 miles NE of Ipswich, follow A12 to Yoxford then minor roads through Westleton and Dunwich. Nearest bus stop at Blythburgh, 3 miles. Nearest railway stop, Saxmundham, 8 miles.
Suggested route around the reserve is 6 km but note the beach may be closed in spring and summer to protect nesting terns.
